1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "iduit88" refers to the online gaming platform operated at iduit88.lat.
• "Player" / "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the iduit88 platform.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services offered by iduit88.
• "Account" means the registered gaming account held by a Player on the iduit88 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or non-cash value awarded to a Player.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in MYR that are available for wagering.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use iduit88 services, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, organisation, or third party.
• Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. You are solely responsible for verifying this.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the platform or had an account terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law.

By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that all information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. iduit88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad, passport, or utility bills) at any time to confirm your eligibility.

3 Account Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the iduit88 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying iduit88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

iduit88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the iduit88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following payment methods for Malaysian players:

Deposits: Funds are credited to your account after successful payment confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. iduit88 does not charge deposit fees, but your financial institution may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. iduit88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. Players may not withdraw funds that have not been wagered at least once.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

iduit88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible registered Players only. Promotions are non-transferable.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the game category.
• Bonus winnings will not be credited until all applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• iduit88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in multiple promotions simultaneously may be restricted. Players should review individual promotion terms for restrictions.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, bonus chasing, or exploiting game mechanics — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

iduit88 applies game contribution rates to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, roulette, and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Please refer to individual promotion pages for applicable rates.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the iduit88 platform are binding once confirmed. Players acknowledge that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer results, as applicable.
• Technical malfunctions, communication failures, or any interruption to gameplay will be governed by iduit88's technical failure policy. In the event of a game malfunction, the round in question will be declared void and stakes returned.
• For sportsbook markets, odds are subject to change before an event commences. Bets accepted at the confirmed odds at the time of placement will stand.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or voided if an event is abandoned, postponed, or altered in a way that materially affects the outcome.
• iduit88 reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneously displayed odds. Decisions on such matters are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iduit88 platform. Violation may result in account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, AI tools, or any script to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access your account.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the iduit88 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and interface design — is the intellectual property of iduit88 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform without express written consent from iduit88.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulatory frameworks applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent iduit88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraudulent activity.

13 Amendments to These Terms

iduit88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the iduit88 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
